FAQ

Why is there a 6 month requirement?

Lasting and sustainable growth and change doesn’t happen in a month. In order to help and guide you, we need more time together. To work through issues, to learn how to implement new strategies and tactics. I am only interested in working with business owners ready to really make forward progress in their business and investing in 6 months is necessary to do that.

What is the difference between this and The Cinnamon Circle?

The Cinnamon Circle is kind of like the Circle on Demand to the 10th level. It is a more intimate and hands on because it integrates coaching + masterminding. There is also in person elements with The Cinnamon Circle. Circle on Demand is intended for those who know they need guidance and accountability but aren’t ready for the higher level investment of a full mastermind group.

Will this help me if I am brand new in business?

Absolutely! The beauty of Circle on Demand is that it meets you where you are at. The coaching calls will cover a variety of subjects and the Q&A calls are meant to help you with YOUR specific questions. The courses involved will also serve those at different levels of business. Plus if you invest in a VIP spot you’ll get personal time with me every month. Most brand new business owners can’t afford a business coach so this is an opportunity that doesn’t come along often!

Will this help me if I am 3+ years into my business?

Absolutely! As mentioned above, the Circle on Demand meets you where you are at. Because of how the program is structured, business owners at all levels have access to valuable resources that can help them get unstuck and start moving forward.

What is the difference in the standard/VIP options?

The VIP option adds on a 30 min 1:1 call with me every month. This way I can really get to know you, your business and where you need the most help! With a regular membership you’ll still have access to me in the group and on instagram!

Why are there only 20 spots available?

I have seen too many people get burned with larger “group coaching” programs that include 50+ (sometimes hundreds) of people. You really don’t get the personal attention you need in that type of setting. I’m here to really dig in with people on an individual level and NOT attempt to serve the masses. 20 spots is my limit to be able to do that!

Can I leave the program in the middle?

Yes and no. You are required to invest in the 6 months (by paying monthly or all at once) but if you decide not to show up or invest in the process I can’t really force you. You will get out of this what you put in to it, so my hope is that everyone who joins the Circle will be ready to get to work!

How much time will be required of me as a Circle member?

There are two hour long calls per month (Coaching call + Q&A call). Showing live is helpful but not a requirement. Contributing in the FB group can take as much or as little time as you want. If you want to go through any of the courses included at any time those are available to you. You really will get out of it what you put into it but it won’t monopolize your weekly schedule. You will have access to what you need when you need it.
